TOPUCU, Not About Information, It's About Transformation


The key to transformation is not only changing the way you feel and the
way you act, but more importantly the way you think. TOPUCU is like the warm up and
stretch that you do before you do the heavy lifting at the gym. It’s like the primer that
you put on drywall to make the paint stick. It teaches someone how to transform their
thinking, therefore creating a pause before they succumb to their old habits. That little
pause and change in thinking can be the difference between getting in shape and
staying in shape, repeatedly making the wrong food choices and continuously hitting the
